SCREENING

ID and a deposit are required to accept this booking. Please email your driver's license to me at jennpremier@protonmail.com. Please note - this is for my protection ONLY and will be deleted AFTER our appointment.

DEPOSIT

My time is very limited, I therefore require a deposit upfront to confirm bookings. A 50% E-transfer deposit is required for all dates to confirm your booking. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. ​Please use jennpremier@protonmail.com USE Password: fitness. The remaining balance of 50% is payable in cash at the door in an unsealed envelope.

All deposits are non-refundable, however if you must cancel, and greater than 48 hours notice is provided, it can be applied to a future booking. If a reservation is booked and you no-show, a 100% of the booking up front will be mandatory in the future. I know our schedules can change but please note if you book and cancel twice within a 3-month period, you will be blacklisted. Lastly, negotiating rates will result in you getting blocked immediately.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Mutual discretion, confidentiality and safety are vital. Your information is always kept safe and is discarded safely after verification. My goal is to create a long-term companionship with you and mutual respect is important to me. What happens during our encounter stays private. So, I therefore request you respect and honour my no review policy. I am willing to sign a non disclosure agreement if the nature of your private life requires one.

EXPECTATIONS

I am most attracted to gentlemen that are generous, trustworthy, polite, discreet, and importantly respectful of my time.  I also expect you to be very hygienic and to shower upon arrival. My safety and security are also very important. Upon arrival, please leave the donation in an envelope before you shower.

Respect is earned - Please DON’T stay past our allotted appointment end time. Please understand my business model, refrain from asking for free time or “hangout time” Instead, consider booking a social time hour for our next entanglement.

- I do not allow any photos or recordings of our time together.

- All dates over 3 hours require social time whether it's private or public social time, in accordance with my schedule.

- I appreciate your care in covering any shared expenses during our time together, such as meals, tickets, or events we choose to enjoy.

- Gratuities are never expected, though always received with gratitude.
